"Absolutely superior service from Mottco.  There was a hiccup in getting the job completed in a timely fashion but that was due to necessary stucco repair (as the flashing cut up under stucco) and needed coordination from a stucco professional.  Regrettably, this required finding and coordinating with a separate repair company which did not go as smoothly as hoped... but was in no way the fault of Mottco.
I called NUMEROUS roofing companies and interviewed no less than 4.  Mottco was by far the most professional and reliable of them all.

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. We agreed to move forward back in February understanding it would take about 8 weeks for delivery of the custom windows. The new windows?arrived the last week in April and we scheduled installation for 5/3. ?The crew arrived on time, carefully covered the floor and all furniture in the work area and completed the installation in about 6 hours.
