"The design process with Timothy was very pleasant and professional.  He provided choices for plantings and helped me select the most appropriate.  There was a long wait for implementation, which was not unexpected.  An implementation date was finally given but nobody showed up, and nobody responded to my phone calls.  Eventually Timothy emailed me and apologized for the problems.  Work finally began several days later.  The crew, headed by Brandon, did an excellent job.  However, they were often delayed waiting for material or equipment to be delivered. <br />"

"It may sound like a simple job, but it wasn't. I wanted to replace the floor without removing the columns and the attached railings that support the roof above. P J methodically moved from column to column, raising each and replacing the floor beneath as they progressed the length of the porch. All of the old flooring was removed, including all of the nails and packaging materials. And....it was done on time, the way he always works! There's a reason I keep going back to P J. I had a disaster of a backyard, and he designed and installed a beautiful patio with fire pit, an adjacent garden and gazebo, and appropriate and tasteful lighting. He further added definition and landscaping to the yard. His work reflected attention to detail and customer satisfaction. His work is like he is building it for himself. So much pride goes into his work. We were very pleased with his work and have enjoyed it immensely every day since. You will not be disappointed."

"On a Saturday because I knew the area would be unoccupied I went to the Brooke VRE lot to fly my DJI Phantom 2 quadcopter. I had been flying around for about five (5) minutes when the wind began to pick up. As I was flying it back towards me to land a strong downdraft pushed the vehicle into a tree. It was caught up towards the top well over 60 feet. After coordination with CSX and the SherriIff's Department I sought professional help to retrieve the vehicle; the fire department was unable to help. I decided that a 'tree service' would afford the safest and most effective retrieval. I contacted and quot;All Landscaping Servicesand quot; via their main office number. As it was the weekend I was expecting to have to leave a message and they would get back to me during normal business hours. A recorded message indicated I could leave a message or call a cell phone, number provided. I called the cell and was connected with Mr Kearns. He collected some initial information and said he would come meet me to further analyze the situation and discuss options...he was there within 5 minutes. We further discussed the situation, he made visual note of the quadcopter location and other information necessary to determine a plan for extraction. He presented options, and we agreed given time of day, lack of available light, and the cold weather to wait until the next morning for the retrieval. He set a specific time to meet after establishing my understanding and agreement with the plan. The next morning he called me before the scheduled meet time, updated me on needed equipment and his climber's preparedness. He confirmed the meet time and said he would call me when he was en-route. A short time later, he called and we met back at the VRE lot. Mr. Kearns once again explained the plan and the climber put on his climbing and safety gear and began the ascent. As it was going to take a number of minutes and the temperature was below freezing, Mr. Kearns started his truck back up, cranked up the heat and invited me in to keep warm. We talked about further details and the plan on how to safely retrieve the drone once the climber got within reach. Within a reasonably short time considering safety factors for the climber and a shared concern to protect the drone from damage the retrieval was complete, drone was safe, no damage. <br />Mr. Kearns and his staff where professional, highly competent, and showed true concern for my situation. In all, job we'll done! <br />I'll be sure to give him a call when I have more traditional tree and landscaping services, and fortunately now I know who to call if I ever need another drone retrieval. <br />"

"The work was FLAWLESS. Timber alignment, weeding, edging, pruning--everything was excellent. Wayne did just what he promised, on time, for a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping. The entire crew was very talented and very enthusiastic, working hard and efficiently each day, cleaning up at the end of every task. "This is  a reliable company to have design your landscaping. We are very happy to have picked Green Acres to do our project. A very large project I must express. They were one of six companies we had interviewed. Not only did I feel comfortable with <br /> Mark Stone but we simply fell in love with his design concept for our back yard. Mark was the only one out of the other five that came up with an actual design. When it came time for plants we spoke with Bill Stone. He also listened to what we wanted in plants and came up with an outstanding environment. And one that is not only beautiful but easy to maintain throughout the year. <br /> We needed to extend our back yard. Upon exiting the back door we had a 24 x 24 concrete slab then a mountain straight up the back and the length of the entire house. To our surprise he designed two actual living spaces with pavers, retaining wall, four <br /> hardscape planters, a mountain pushed back with absolutely beautiful plants. We also wanted to incorporate a Hot Tub which Mark was able to design a special place for. He had the intuitiveness on how to position the Hot Tub so it would flow with the beautiful retaining wall. Because we had the project started so late last year we were unable to have all of the plants installed. After November it was difficult for Bill to pick up mature plants. I worried about this because I had paid in full the amount due on the project, which included the plants. Bill and Mark are true gentlemen and will stand behind every word they tell you. They installed the remainder of plants due and did more than what I expected. The work crew is also to be complimented. They are courteous beyond what anyone would expect. All tools are picked up nightly when they leave. I left my house unlocked and garage wide open and did not have a worry in the world when I left for the day. They are very, very, respectful and do a fantastic job with Marks direction. The crew has been with Bill and Mark for well over ten years. They all have a special bond which makes the company work. Mark is very prompt in responding to all text and phone calls. Even after the project had been completed I was able to contact him several times with questions and he has always been there for me. <br /> We are extremely pleased with what Green Acres accomplished for us.
