"Fix Kitchen Sink Leak and Replace PVC Pipe"

"Expert plumber Terry came to our home to repair what I thought might be a couple of faulty toilet tank valves and a leaky hose bib. As things turned out, both toilet needed replacing, along with the backyard hose bib and pipe. Terry did an excellent job, answering all my questions. His work was speedy, meticulous, and thorough. All his explanations were easy to understand, including estimates and billing. I also appreciated his courtesy, conscientious attention to detail, and his good cheer! By the way, I needed an emergency sewer pipe repair shortly after moving into our current home in 2017 (of course this happened on a weekend). I called All About Plumbing, and they came promptly to repair the pipe. It's very gratifying to know this company's service is just as outstanding today as it was 7 years ago.  I recently began having problems with existing water heater.   Went to Angie's List  and started looking for a plumber.   After reading reviews I selected 2 plumbing companies to discuss my issues.   3/19/16, I selected and sent emails to both companies, explaining the problem.   Within 10 Minutes I received a response from Zack Scabo, ALL WAYS PLUMBING.  Zack discussed the possible solutions.   3/20, sent email to Zack with Serial # and Model # of my water heater.  3/21, called Zack and made an appointment for him to come out on 3/22 and drain the heater  to see if that could remedy the problems.  Zack determined the cause of the problem and proceeded to research a replacement part.   Discovered the part was no longer available.   I decided it was not a good idea to delay the inevitable, and asked Zack to give me a cost for replacement of the water heater.   He ordered the new heater and came out on 3/25 and installed the new heater. 

I could not ask for more professional, honest and friendly service.   The new heater is working wonderfully.   I will certainly call ALL WAYS Plumbing with any plumbing needs in the future.
