"Chuck and his team perform great customer service! Chuck met with me and my wife to help us pick out the right flooring. We couldn't initially find the right style and material. Chuck found another product that was perfect for us and he did it all within a day of his first presentation. The pricing was great compared to a few other estimates I received. His team showed up on time and got a living room , a hallway, and 3 bedrooms completed in just 2 days. They even took apart several of the beds quickly and put them back together. It looks amazing and we can't recommend Chuck/Floor Tailor enough!"

"Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

"My initial experience was positive. The salesperson was very helpful and I chose carpeting that was reasonable for my budget. The installers were punctual and courteous. However, the price in the store for my carpeting was incorrect, and when it came time to pay, the salesperson was pretty rude when I demanded the price that was on the sample in the store. He even refused to let me talk to his boss. After speaking with another salesperson, I was given the price that was in the store and a credit for the extra labor for stairs, which was nice. I'm not totally pleased with the installation. There are air pockets and bumps all over the place, and when I went back to the store, I was told to try sticking pins in the air pockets and if that didn't work, they would come pull up the carpet. I just don't feel like dealing with them anymore, so I'll probably just accept all the imperfections because I don't want to turn my basement upside down to fix them.

"The work crew were arrived on time and were polite. Demolition of the old floor was executed quietly and neatly. The new vinyl flooring covered an area that was almost 2,000 square feet. This was installed in two days. The staircase was sanded and restained to match the new floor. The result is a perfect match. "Frank went to the home I was buying, in another state, and got all the measurements he needed. He then came to the home I was selling to give me a personal shopping experience and a quote. The quote was reasonable and we hired them, Once we closed our on home, Quality Flooring came in installed new Vinyl flooring and carpet. They installed everything before the movers delivered our furniture. They did a great job! Everything was done well, done quickly, and all the staff (from sales, to office personal, to install crew) was friendly and professional. Would use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"I have been preparing my house for sale, so I decided to get an estimate on having 1800 square feet of hardwood floors buffed and coated with urethane. I discussed the price over that phone. The estimated cost was 40 cents per square foot, totaling $800, contingent on inspection by the owner of Superior Hardwood Flooring, George. He arrived at my house and carefully looked at the condition of the floors throughout. He noted that much of my wood flooring is in very good condition. Some areas have minor dark spots that are the result of washing with water, over the years. George explained that the dark spots would not be improved by buffing and coating and that spending $800 would really not yield a great difference. He advised that the only way to get back to a new finish look would be to refinish everything. He further advised that by going down the path of refinishing, I could update with the darker more trendy colors, but that the cost of doing so would be significantly higher, $2.50 per square foot, and would not likely be a good return on my investment. I decided not to do anything to my wood floors and I really appreciate the professionalism and candid advise that George provided, for my particular situation."

I would highly recommend there organization and will say that from previous carpet installers this company was fair in price and exceptional in customer service in keeping the customer informed. I had one issue with the carpet and that was thanks to my kids not telling us they spilled the dreaded red kool-aide. The owner(Brian) came out and repaired the areas himself within a day and charged a small fee, which he did try to avoid me paying by using the warranty on the carpet. But to to time constraints and family party on the calendar, this was not an option."
