"Chuck and his team perform great customer service! Chuck met with me and my wife to help us pick out the right flooring. We couldn't initially find the right style and material. Chuck found another product that was perfect for us and he did it all within a day of his first presentation. The pricing was great compared to a few other estimates I received. His team showed up on time and got a living room , a hallway, and 3 bedrooms completed in just 2 days. They even took apart several of the beds quickly and put them back together. It looks amazing and we can't recommend Chuck/Floor Tailor enough!"

"Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

"If I knew how easy this process was, I would have changed my carpets years ago. I chose American Carpet Distributors due to the positive reviews. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical of how great the reviews were compared to competitors. Estimates from Home Depot and another local carpet store were both slightly/moderately cheaper, but they had some mixed reviews. I don’t have the patience nor the tolerance to deal with any issues. I am so glad I chose American Carpet Distributors. The whole process took a bit over 2 weeks from initial estimate, ordering, and installation. Larry came to my home and showed me samples of various carpets. Was patient as I moved the samples around to different rooms, and different light. Gave guidance based on which ones were better for more traffic, ability to see dust, vacuum lines, etc. Called the manufacturer to get me samples of the 2 colors that I had to decide between, and even left the sample board overnight so that my husband look at my choice. At the day of install, they called prior to arrival. There were 2 installers, both polite, and very careful when moving furniture and hauling the materials through the hallways. It took them a total of 5 hours to move furniture, take out old carpet, lay down padding, and install new carpets. They even cleaned up after themselves. The carpets look beautiful and nice quality."

We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

I thought I had reviewed them on AL, but realized I hadn't when the list asked if members had any feedback.

"The work crew were arrived on time and were polite. Demolition of the old floor was executed quietly and neatly. The new vinyl flooring covered an area that was almost 2,000 square feet. This was installed in two days. The staircase was sanded and restained to match the new floor. The result is a perfect match. The quote was reasonable and we hired them, Once we closed our on home, Quality Flooring came in installed new Vinyl flooring and carpet. "Excellent. George and his team are great to work with. They always show up exactly when they say they will, even when forecasting over a month out. We have installed and/or refinished hardwood so about 90% of the house is hardwood now and George’s team did all of it and it looks great. They’ve done rails, spindles and baseboard as well. Excellent quality and any issues that arise, they work with you to make sure it looks good when complete. Have recommended to several friends and family."

"They strive on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend there organization and will say that from previous carpet installers this company was fair in price and exceptional in customer service in keeping the customer informed. I had one issue with the carpet and that was thanks to my kids not telling us they spilled the dreaded red kool-aide. The owner(Brian) came out and repaired the areas himself within a day and charged a small fee, which he did try to avoid me paying by using the warranty on the carpet. But to to time constraints and family party on the calendar, this was not an option."
