"Initial estimate was scheduled with no problem, they took the time to answer all the questions I had about the furnace replacement. I received estimated from 6 other HVAC companies and American Family was basically the lowest, but I also felt comfortable with the level of knowledge and experience that was conveyed at the estimate. I scheduled the install and was a bit disappointed that the installers did not show until 10 am or so, but that was not a big problem as I had assumed the job would take all day. The job took longer than expected (past 7pm) and the installer wound up having to replace an entire part of the intake duct work that he did not expect to, but in the end the unit and ductwork looked clean and sturdy and well intalled. The owner called for a follow up appointment and he came in to look at the install and make sure all the settings were correct on the furnace. He answered any questions I had at that time. All in all a good experience with a good company"

Not only did he outbid the other quotes we got, he was the ultimate professional from first contact to answering our calls and texts after the installation when we forgot to ask questions while he was here. He handled ever aspect of the installation including disposing of all the packaging and the old water heater. Not only will we be calling him for all future plumbing needs, we will be calling him for referrals for any home repairs. If Mr. Boesche trusts them, I know I can trust them. The only flaw was that he didn't ask me to write a review and should have. I had to offer. Found him on Angi's and so glad that I did. Getting the heater ourselves and having installing it we saved $1000 versus the companies who would only quote us with a water heater included. "Tankless water heater went on the fritz last Monday. Submitted HomeAdvisor request for quote and Rob called almost immediately. Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."
