"Evan did the estimate for us a few weeks ago. His people came today to fix 6 big casement windows (fixed 4 rotten sashes and replaced 4 foggy glass panes). Technician Ruslan and his co-worker are super nice, very detailed, and very skilled. I highly recommend them! Actually, I will hire them to fix the other smaller windows."

"Outstanding! Every aspect was a positive experience for us...customer service to window selection to price. The work was done in a timely fashion and John's crew was great. Cleaned up after they were done and were pleasant to have in our home."

"This Vendor contacted me within minutes of my request from Home Advisor. The person that called not only explained their various services along with standard prices , she arranged for one of her Service Teams to make the repairs on the same day. The Team was very Ptofessional and knew their job, they completed the repair within an hour and were on their way."

"Steve's crew was outstanding. Very professional and skilled and it showed in their work. We had a few issues with grids being on windows they shouldn't have been and some confusion around where tempered glass was needed or not however Steve addressed all of it to our satisfaction. I would recommend Premier to anyone looking for replacement windows."

"Dave not only installed the window well covers he custom made for my wells, but he identified an unsafe escape ladder and repaired it at no additional charge. He also removed the existing grate and recycled it for me. Great company with which to work! Highly recommend them."

"It went very well Gus explained everything from process, how long it would take and pricing. Once the windows arrived they did the job in 1 day very quickly. Love the new windows and for sure I will call again to complete another project in our home. Great work done. From: Leo & Rosy"

"Two guys came as scheduled and repaired a broken window spring in less than 30 mins! It was a smaller job that many large companies do not want to do because they try to get more services and money! However, I was not pressured to buy any additional services and my window is fixed! I definitely will reuse this company!"

"I called Russ regarding a minor issue with one of my doors (screw was loose and interfered with lock) and was extremely pleased with his immediate call back. He sent someone out in less than 24 hours for a quick fix. I have had the best experience working with this company and absolutely will hire again for my next project. Can not say enough good things regarding quality products and responsible business practices. I had 6 sliding doors and 2 windows replaced last summer. My house is much more insulated and quieter from street noise! Great customer service!"

"I finally got rid of my old windows (leaking) and replaced with sliders with the exception of the 2 casement windows. Karl's presentation was very informative and communicated well. Once windows were ready (ahead of schedule) we set a date. Radek arrived on time and installed the windows within a day. He also made sure to leave each of the work areas clean. I would definitely recommend."

"Daniel from Silver Hammer Construction did an excellent job. After getting a leaky window following our nasty winter weather, I felt like no one, my HOA or insurance, was being very helpful. Daniel was helpful and reassuring and did excellent and prompt work identifying the problem. It shocked me to be able to work on it the next day. It took two days to complete the repairs, and the work was well done. My window issue has been fixed. I appreciate all the work Daniel did to explain things to me and his quality of work as well. And the service was affordable and didn't break the bank."
