"We have lived in our home for almost 30 years. The last few winters I have noticed that it was colder, more drafty in the house especially around the window and attic door frames. I saw a commercial on TV from USA Insulation of Buffalo this fall and it spoke to me about everything that I wanted to address in our home and how “They” could be the company to do the work. My husband and I were not disappointed at all from beginning to the end. We started with a phone call to a very pleasant- knowledgeable receptionist who set us up with a very pleasant- professional- knowledgeable Sales Rep. His presentation was so thorough and well done that we committed to a “Job” that evening. We were totally impressed with the product- the quality and value of price. Our install date was this past Friday, 12/3/21. The install “crew” arrived promptly at 9am and went over everything that they would be doing. Again- “Top Notch”, knowledgeable, friendly and professional individuals. Their cleanup was impeccable, you would never know that anyone had been there. We have already noticed a big difference in these first few days, especially after “the High Winds” of Monday, 12/6/21. The house is quieter from outside noise and the drafts from the attic door and window frames have disappeared. Thank you USA Insulation of Buffalo for a job well done! From your Commercial- to your Office- Sales and Installation professionals this is a highly reputable company to work with and be proud of. We will be talking about our experience to our family, friends and coworkers. Keep up the good work- your doing all the right things!!"

"Complete replacement in one day! Just amazing how they worked nonstop and saved $4k over previous estimate. Very very customer oriented explaining and showed everything they found wrong and upgraded repair options."

"Town Insulation came in on time, inspected and then gave me a quote. Everything was fine. It was really good, it's just that I decided to sell the house instead so I didn't move forward with it. I didn't have any issues with them. I think the price was standard. They were very responsive."

"First class operation all the way. Miles and Caleb were polite, personable and prompt. They had a very hard time disassembling the old boiler but were persistent and ultimately successful. They then made sure the new boiler was installed and working, even though that made for a very long day on their part. We are completely satisfied with the new boiler and their performance getting rid of the old one and installing the new one. We now have heat which is very welcome!"

"Aster evaluated the system and assisted us in determining the boiler/ water system best for us. Work was done over 3 days, everything was neat. Workers were very courteous."

"I had spray foam insulation in my crawl space basement installed. M&R was helpful with answering questions and completed the work in a high quality manner! I will hire them again in the future!"

"William responded immediately to my call and did an excellent job. I had a moisture issue with a major condensation issue in my attic that was poorly insulated and when William completed the job my major condensation problem was fixed. William was very professional and just a "good hearted human ". I will recommend William to my friends and family and would use him again in a heart beat!! Thank you William you are truly the best!! God bless"

"We have had them for about three years and we have also been very satisfied. They have been responsive to us. Once we had a snake in the basement and I did not want to deal with it, I called them. They could not help me, but they referred me to somebody else who did."
