"They did a spectacular job considering what they had to work with when they started. The roof is exceptional. I don't have any leaks and I don't have roof shingles blowing off in my yard or the neighbors' yard; it is wonderful. The thing that I was most impressed was that they cleaned up after they were done. These guys went out and made sure that the nails were up and everything. I was just very pleased. I have recommended them to a friend. The price included the tear off of the old roof. At some places there were three to four layers of roofing shingles thick and there was a layer of wood shakes. They also insulated over the porch for me. They did the garage roof as well. I absolutely had no complaints. I had a lot of people into my house to do work. They weren't the cheapest, but they were right down there. It was a fair price. They had it done when they said they would have it done."

"This job was complicated by the fact that the existing paint on the old house and garage had a high lead content; this increased the cost of the job because of how the scraping and protection of soil and property had to be handled. The workers are lead paint certified. Vince and crew were prompt and efficient; the house and garage (which included a metal garage door which was rusting and needed a fair amount of sanding) were completed in four and a half days. The house was painted white and two colors were used for trim. High quality Sherwin Williams primer and paint were used. All of our questions were answered and calls and texts were returned promptly. The crew was top rate! This was the most hassle-free contracting job I've ever experienced.
