"The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"We just had Scarpone and Sons replace our roof in the middle of winter!! They chose the perfect day to rip off the existing roof and replace it in a little over a day. Lucky for us it stopped snowing just long enough for them to do what they do. They were efficient, fast, and did an excellent job. The roof no longer leaks and we are so happy! I highly recommend them to do YOUR roof. In fact we recommended them to a couple that were thinking of replacing their roof."

"Trevor Brown was great at removing a hefty snow pack from my roof. He was able to get the job done within a day of my speaking with him. Very thorough and careful, checking in with me during the project to make sure any concerns were addressed. He did exactly what I needed, and cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable pricing, honest and diligent. I highly recommend Precision Renovations."

"Complete professionalism from the moment they answered the phone, to the estimate, to the installation, to the cleanup. Daryl gave me a fair and accurate price with no hidden costs or surprises. The crew was friendly and hardworking, working from sun up till sundown, finishing my siding, trim, doors and gutters ahead of schedule. And such beautiful workmanship. The clean up was exceptional. I'm so very happy with the job, my home looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Exceptional exteriors and will be using them for my roof next year."

"Vinâ s Construction and his crew are amazing!! My family and I could not be happier with the job they did!!! Re-building front stairs for my porch and installing all new railings, keeping with the nineteenth-century historic feel of my home. They also rebuilt the railings for my side entrance and I am excited to say will be rebuilding my back deck as well! We met them for an estimate and they were promptly here first thing in the morning the very next day beginning their work! I could not believe how quickly they scheduled my project, and how efficient, caring, kind, and accommodating they were to dedicating themselves to creating everything exactly how we wanted it to look. They have such passion and pride in the work they do and it shows! I run a BNB and they were very thoughtful in making adjustments that created a safe environment for my guests! I cannot wait to have them here again for more projects! Their energy is contagious! I am very grateful to have found them and most definitely we highly recommend them! Great job guys!!! Thank you for everything!!! See you soon!"

"The work that was done entailed removal of existing exterior chimney pipe along with removal and replacement of the following: offset boot, storm collar, ice shield, flashing, roof shingles, and vinyl siding. The entire area was cleaned up and all debris removed upon completion. The repair men did a fantastic job and took the time to explain every part of the repair that was done. Also, when Igor came out and gave us the estimate he was knowledgeable and very thorough in diagnosing the issue and giving us a detailed plan for the repair work. The job was scheduled in a timely manner as was promised on the estimate. Igor also came out the day after the repair work was done and water tested the repair to ensure we would no longer have any water leaking into the house at that location."

"Called Alex and his crew many times to come do a lot of different things both inside and outside of my home. From painting, patching ceiling in bathroom to installing flooring, trim, changing lights, fixing bathroom fan and a lot more to get my house up and ready for the market. They also do emergency work, if you need ice removed from your roof these guys will take care of it!! They do it all! Very reasonable priced."

"The project took longer than I expected but everything turned out well.  I was pleased with the work.  Everyone worked hard to finish the job."

"All went well I had an asphalt roof replacement done. The job went very well smoothly they showed on time for the job with a dumpster and enough crew to complete the job in an impressive one day and a cleanup. My contact was Matthew Gritzke and he was well versed in what needed to get done. And had a dumpster and all supplies needed to complete it"

"

The company is more than an hour from where I live. They actually cement work for about two hours. The work that I needed done could only be started, not finished in two hours. We decided that it made more sense to not start work they could not finish. It made no sense to drive back and forth to get it finished up a subsequent day. Unfortunately they're so overwhelmed with people wanting them, it took three weeks for me to hear from them. By the time they came out to assess the situation the deal had already left. They're perfectly cordial guys, I thought they were honest.
