"I have modified my review to reflect the redo on my driveway. After the first installation of sealer a thunderstorm hit right afterward. I had warned the installers the storm was coming. The rain splashed tar all over my garage doors and washed out portions of the sealer. I called Premium to get them to fix and after two weeks of no show / response, I painted the garage door myself, put some crack sealer in some of the washed out spots and did my (fairly negative) review. 

After the review was published they called to say they meant to come out to repair but had been busy. Maybe. In any case, we did schedule a return and they did put down a second coat. Weather this time was perfect for sealing.

I would say if I was to use them again in the future, I would be very insistent on the weather being sunny for a day after the sealing.Even if they felt it was OK to do it, I would use my own judgement and cancel the appt if it looked like rain. If weather is good then they are fine and put down a nice seal job for a reasonable fee. 

I would probably forego any additional charges for "patching" and "high end" crack sealer they offer. The cartridge crack filler I used from Lowes does a better job than the liquid they use, in my opinion."

"Recently purchased 107 year old home.  One side of stone foundation had crumbling mortar joints and missing stones. Needed repaired and tuck pointed. Woody came out examined the foundation and masonry work and had an estimate with in one hour of getting my call.  Very knowledgeable about very old masonry work.  Work was completed in 2-3 days by himself and crew or 2-3.  Went to great pains not to damage neighbors newly stamped concrete walk between houses.  Clean up was very complete and the foundation looks brand new.  Definitely would hire again.  Does everything exactly as he says he will."
