Not only was he cordial and easy to talk to on the phone, he came prepared with parts to get my dryer up and running in no time at all, and the cost was very reasonable. This was some of the best service I have ever received for a home appliance and I will definitely reach out to this company again with any future needs. "The thermistor on dryer was faulty. While he examined it, he found that one of the seals was tearing. The technician asked us if there was any leak we had noticed. We said no. He showed us the damage and asked us if we wanted to get the seal replaced too. We said yes. In addition to the initial service call, the cost of replacing the faulty thermistor + the torn seal came to approximately 280 dollars or so. This was in addition to the approximately 100$ for the initial call. We thought this was to our satisfaction. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

"I'd call Mr Appliance again in a heart beat. I appreciated the pre arrival text to let me know he was on his way accompanied with a picture of the technician. He took one look at my washer and very nicely told me it didn't work due to operator error :-) Then after thoroughly looking at my DIY fix of my non working dryer, he plugged the unit in and it worked just fine.
