Unlike the fly by night contractors that typically do this approach, Denise was very friendly, had a logo shirt and truck and was very professional. They helped us with our insurance adjuster to pay for a good portion of the new roof when I didn't even realize it was a possibility. They offered great communication which to me is key. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. Our new roof looks great and definitely improved our curb appeal. Will use for future projects, and I even have a few in mind."

"Worst contractor I've ever worked with. Almost nothing was completed or done correctly. The windows are the only thing that we are completely happy with. Permits were not properly pulled, no inspections were ever passed, siding & stone veneer was improperly installed, room addition was never completed, patio & pergola were never even started. Job was estimated to take a couple of months; finally fired Mark Spencer of Legacy Windows and Doors after 1 year of being lied to. He stole our money. He is a crook."

He passed on my contact info and within minutes Randy reached out to me, listened to my issue and had a plan of action in place. Even though it was getting to be the end of the day and he was still over an hour away coming back from a previous job, he headed straight over and arrived as expected with all the parts and tools needed. His work was efficient, knowledgeable, respectful of my property and he was very personable.
