"Came home from work and A/C was out of course when it was 90 degrees outside. Call Martinov because they installed the new heating and air conditioning system about 2/3 years ago. Called around 6:30pm and they had my A/C up and running in only about two hours. AWESOME RESPONSE TIME. Turns out it was mice chewing on a wire. Gave Martinov 5 STARS when they installed the new system and giving them 5 STARS again. Highly recommend for new or repair services."

He immediately put me at ease knowing that I needed to get a furnace installed before Winter since my boiler system failed during the previous Winter. This would be a complete system installation since my ranch doesn't have a basement and didn't have ductwork. Matt evaluated putting the new system in different locations in my house and explained the pros and cons of each location. For example, putting the system where the boiler was would create noise issues in my livingroom.  Other contractors that quoted this job did not care enough to mention that. <br />   Matt answered all of my questions completely and thoroughly. I didn't feel like just another customer that wasn't taken seriously. As mentioned previously, the cost savings were substantial versus all of the other quotes I recieved. Matt kept in touch with me at all stages of the project which I truly appreciated. He was also flexible concerning the location of the Air Conditioning condenser unit.  He was aware of code and knew where we could and couldn't locate that unit.  I wanted it away from the back patio and he made that happen even though it was a longer run and required additional materials. I am extremely satisfied with this entire project and have recommended Matt and MAP construction to all of my friends. I have other projects that need to be completed and MAP Construction will definitely be doing them. "

"Our heater went out end of this past winter and then our AC went out beginning of summer. Talk about a double shot in the foot.z I worked with Darren (sales) to find out what we would need. He was very professional and not pushy about any specific brand or item. I told him what budget we wanted to stay in and he was right on the money with his quote. He was very thorough with explaining what he suggested and showing how to get heat & AC to work as needed. Ethan and Brad were the installers that came out to do the work. They were absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, very knowledgeable about the product and install requirement, they laid down a covering over the floor so as not to cause any damage. Since we had to have both AC and heating done it took more time than usual but they had no problem coming out 2 days. I can t say enough how happy we are that we hired Schar Heating & Cooling!!"
