Kevin removed the mold and sealed the concrete floor before putting in our new LVT floor. He and his crew had to come two more times to remove the mold and seal the floor, since it took time to dry. He did not charge us extra for that. He fixed our squeaky floor first before install the new carpet. He installed carpet on stairs in California upholstered style which contours the carpet tight around the step, more professional look than regular waterfall style. Our floor is gorgeous and carpet is very comfortable. We are very happy with our new floor!"
