I would have got more quotes had I knew the price would jump and the heater would be an average heater instead of a professional series. I also would have just bought the heater myself and saved the mark up. Get a very detailed quote and let him know very clearly that you will pay only what is quoted, and if something will cost extra, make sure you know why and what the extra cost will be before he does the job. If you do that, you should not feel taken like we did. The work itself is neat and done right, so take that into account."
