"People that brought it weren't so responsive; they were young guys. We were looking for a refrigerator in our price range and one that would fit in a small space that we had and the one that we bought from Lowe's was on sale. We aren't really happy with it but it is not their fault. I called because it was making strange noises and I was told that was normal. We went there because it was very convenient for us. They did it very quickly and got it in but they didn't get all the stickers and tapes off and I had to figure out how to get to the taped areas. They didn't quite finish the job; they plugged it in and got it running. It was minor but they should have taken care of it. The woman that sold it to us, we knew what we wanted so it wasn't like she had to sell it us but she was very efficient and very pleasant. It was nice to see a woman working in appliances so that is a plus. We do get different items from Lowe's and usually my husband installs it and we don't have any major complaints with Lowe's. It was not their fault. They delivered the refrigerator on time. When I was at the shop, obviously looking for something, not knowing what to look at, I saw that there were some women dressed in uniform, at the register talking and laughing, and I couldn't get anyone's attention. I was waving and some young woman that was passing by came over and asked if I needed help."
