"Mark from AMI showed up on time the morning of our inspection. Both my husband and I and our realtor were late due to construction in the area. He did a very thorough inspection of the house uncovering many issues with the house. Mark took the time to walk us through the report answering all of our many questions. He gave us recommendations of people to call to get expert opinions on some of the major issues.
