"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Tony fixed the original problem with my oven very efficiently, however, it still didnt work quite right, I think because of damage done by mice. I have decided to get a new stove"

"Very satisfied with the knowledge and personal attention Tristen gave to service our appliance repair."

"They were fairly good. I thought they sales people were very knowledgeable  but there was 2 of them and I am not sure if that was a sales tactic or not. They were good but the too a really long time. I felt it was on the high side but I knew the carrier."

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"Excellent Job!! Also, they had a guy named Forrest who installed the built in oven/microwave and he came with the appliances and did an excellent job! Very satisfied with this company!"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
