"Larry has helped me several times with the drains in my home as I’ve been renovating it. He has always been punctual and very professional. His rates are very fair and if he doesn’t solve the problem the first time he will come back and make it right for free. He is well networked in the Lafayette area and if he is unable to address your problem he can recommend someone who can."

"After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."

"He showed up on time and brought a helper with him. They were both very nice and quite friendly. He worked for less than an hour move the rooter (the cutting tool)  down the sewer, pull out tree roots, and then send a camera down the sewer to show me how he could only get a 4" hole cut through a 6" ball of roots. He claimed that his cutting tool simply was not large enough to take care of that large of a sewer pipe. Then he said that what I really needed was their special Hydro Scrub, a tool that shoots water in the sewer that can cut out the rest of those roots. Yes, this would cost me a lot more money, but it would be worth it, he said, because then the sewer would be clear of roots and they wouldn't grow back so fast. How much more?, I asked. He pulled out his printed and laminated company 3-ring binder with all of the set prices. The Hydro Scrub had different prices (depending on whether or not one was a "member" of something--I couldn't see what I would need to be a "member" of in order to get a cheaper price), but it was going to cost me $900 more to get the job done completely.  <br /> There was one major problem with this claim. A few years ago, someone from Mr. Rooter came and performed this exact same service with the exact same equipment (without the miraculous Hydro Scrub), and there was absolutely no problem getting all of the roots out. Some of those roots were a LOT larger than the ones pulled out this time. Also that previous time, the worker send a camera down the sewer and showed us how all of the roots were cleared. He explained that he had to send the cutter down an additional time, and the ball of roots he brought up was huge. THIS time, however, the worker sent the cutting tool down once, pulled up two clumps of roots, claimed he simply didn't have the tool to get it any better than that, and <strong>tried to up-sell me to the tune of $900</strong>. I do not appreciate the half-done job and the up-sell attempt. However, my toilet would flush and my washer would drain. But <strong>I will not do business with this company again</strong>. <br />"
