The repairs needed were very basic. I was put off by the fact that they repeatedly tried to sell me a new fence."

"Well, it was good, they did a good job.The thing I had with Lux was that price is somewhat deceptive. I wound up spending 10 grand on that roof The thing for me when you read that, the way they present it, it's almost like it's a catch. Obviously, if I had 47,000 acres and I was asking for a roof job for $5,000, that would be unreasonable. But under the circumstances, I have to stay in this house.I like the fact that they were able to pull it up and my house is only literally 3,000 Square feet so what does that have to do with a roof. almost came across like and I had to pay it. At that point I paid $5,000, that's almost like the intro price and then they come back to you and say, well you gotta big roof so it's going to be double the price.So, it wound up costing me $9,998. Not only that they took my satellite it off my house then dropped it off the roof and broke it. So while they did reimburse me for that, the issue was and don't take this the wrong way because I kumbaya everybody, but there was nobody I could communicate with. So, I'm like what do you do! Next thing I know they dropped something off the two story roof and broke it up. They gave me the cost back that it cost me for the company to come back out. So, I would never dispute the fact that they reimbursed me. Of Course, it inconvenienced because it was out during football season, in conjunction with the guys don't come out immediately so I was without service for a few days. They asked me but there was that language barrier and again, I'm not pointing the finger at anybody. My Espanol is limited, and they did ask but because I could not articulate to him or understand what they were truly asking me. I was like yeah, the roof right there and next thing I know they dropped the satellite off the roof. So it would have been nice, that if you have people at least have somebody on site to articulate or at least communicate to me and that was my thing. Please don't take this as a negative thing because I don't have a problem with anybody. I just feel the pricing was deceptive; you know going from $5,000 to $10,000, and it sealed the deal when my satellite dropped on the ground and here again, they paid me back or they reimbursed me for it but that left a bitter taste in my mouth. The company was fine, the workmanship was good. They need to provide better clarity in their pricing.They came out in a timely manner; it was everything associated with doing good business. The company needs to give clarity and the customer needs clarity on what exactly is the charge. If it's $5,000 whats the $5,000 for and if its more than $5,000 what are they paying for."
