Edgar came out and told us what the actual problem was. It turned out my "small problem" was actually a huge problem that I couldn't have fixed myself. Edgar had to replace all the piping under our mobile home (in the rain, snow, frigid temps) so we could use all our drains again. He kept us informed on every step of the project. "Got a quote based on information I gave, knowing that this was an estimate based on usual circumstances. Very punctual, two problems, first was a clogged drain than was cleared quickly, the second was a defective outside spigot that split because I forgot to remove house line for the winter. The basement was finished making it difficult to get to the line so replacement could be completed. Both jobs were completed, area was broom clean, the final bill was slightly higher then quote because of extra time need to get to line with out damaging. Ceiling etc. I would use again, loved his good nature and humor."

Nick and Mike handled the demo, which included removing the plaster walls and ceiling down to the studs. Mike handled all the electrical updates including installing recessed lights and multiple outlets. Nick did a fantastic job with the drywall, plumbing, and installing the cabinets, including some custom work around a radiator and an unusual corner cabinet. Nick saved and re-installed the existing wood trim, and created matching custom framing to replace the deteriorated trim around the kitchen window.
