"While I didn't think the plumber did the cleanest job installing the shower pan, it passed inspection and I think they fixed the leak just fine. I did want to say that Gary B., the service manager, was top notch the whole way through in how much he tried to help me  and how customer service oriented he was. One of the faucets wasn't installed evenly, and he sent a plumber out to fix it immediately. He also took care of all the permitting. He was a pleasure to work with and a real asset to the company.

I am on a plan to replenish the salt in my water softener and they do a good job. If I had any problem with plumbing, they are responsive I would recommend them to anybody."

Maurice replaced the hot water valve and then installed our new faucet with escutcheon plate and drain that we supplied and replaced the drain connection to new drain tailpiece. The repair and installation are quite satisfactory though it does seem that the project was rather costly especially for work we would have done ourselves but for the inability to replace the supply valve. "Talk about a fast response? I shopped around and even asked a friend. James K. Hake met the friends price. They had permits and inspections the next day. When your main sewer line needs replacing you really want someone to help immediately. Those poor guys had to dig with shovels all through the yard to find the pipes, the city marked them in the wrong place. Good thing it was by hand, someone with a back hoe would have really made issues worse. Justin was out the same day I called and had pricing. We agreed and Kenny showed up the next day with a crew. Kenny was great. It felt good having someone that had done this sort of work before with nervous homeowners. They even came out on Saturday to fill in the hole. They will not replace your pavers. I have those giant ones you see in parks made of concrete. Putting those back was a pain. I am not deducting from the stars though because I hired plumbers and not pavers."

"Apex Plumbing employees, James and Zach, came to my house to repair a water leak that stopped all water service to my house. James came and cleared the lawn covering my pipes. Then Zach came, located the leak and replaced the water pipe serving my house. Unfortnately, The meter showed a continuing leak. James crawled under my house and found an unknown second leak. They eliminated that pipe leak under my house. I now have full water service to my house with no more leaks. Thank you Zach and James for a complete repair of known and unknown leaks. Good job!"
