Due to demand, our appointment was set out approximately 7 days and Don showed up on time and prepared with all the information needed. Ultimately we went with the CrimSafe screens on our window openings, accordion door on our patio slider, and the fabric protection for our front door opening. "We would like to thank Bill and his crew for fixing a problem that was created by another contractor. We had a paver patio installed that was approximately 625 square feet. It required a footer due to the screen enclosure that was to be installed after its completion. The previous (paver) contractor decided to pour the footer themselves and not get a permit. This was a problem since we were now unable to get a screen enclosure installed without a footer that had a permit. We called Bill to help us out and he determined the footer was also not deep enough and would not last.
