They finished all the construction and installation by 5:30 the same day. They were very professional. They put down protection cloths on all floors where they walked. "A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

John the project manager walked my wife I through planning, selecting materials, fixtures and all the countless things we never thought of. The final result is stunning. Beautiful craftsmanship and work. On final walk through I pointed out a couple minor things I noticed that needed attention. Very nitpicking of me. With each project there was fast and polite communication, each team member was knowledgeable in their trade, and were great to work with. They always entered the home with respect and professionalism and were prompt. They cleaned the workspace very well at the end of each day and took great care in their work. I hired them to build an office with French doors and do a full renovation on my master shower with mosaic glass tiles, a built-in niche, and waterfall shower head.
