"We hired Chris and his team to build us a 5 foot tall shadowbox fence in rocky river and the fence is beautiful. His communication was excellent throughout then entire project. I believe I call him on a Wednesday or Thursday and he came and quoted us that Saturday morning. In addition, he got us in fast and understood our need to get our toddler fenced in immediately to prevent him running to our front yard ( on a busy street). We were originally supposed to get the fence install started the weekend after Easter due to us needing to clear out bushes, etc. However, when we finished our yard work early he started the fence 2 days later and had it done before Easter. Fence build took 4 days total and his team was very respectful or our neighbors and our own property and flower beds. I would highly recommend this company and plan to get our next project quoted soon!"

"Chris was wonderful. Came out and gave me an estimate beforehand or and then we scheduled a time. He was prompt did a terrific job and charged me less than he initially thought he would. Really feel fortunate to have found him."

"Frank's Custom Remodeling for the updating of my family home of 60+ years. His work is thorough and beautiful. He is dependable and he does very nice work. Would recommend to anyone wanting to remodel or update their homes. Thank you Frank for your great work."

"AJ is a great guy and has performed beyond expectations. He and his partner not only did bathroom fan install I requested but also completed many others I told him about when we interviewed. Including replacing light fixtures, replacing a sliding patio door and repairing rotted railing on my front porch. All in one weekend. He’s on track now for some more major repairs when all the fixtures needed come in. Highly recommend him for great service!"

"Adam and his crew did an exceptional job building our covered deck and residing the back of our home. The outcome was more than I had hoped for and even the inspector was impressed with the quality. I highly recommend this company and would hire Phillips Carpentry again. In fact, we are scheduled to have them install a tile shower in our master bath."

"We had a three seasons room ,a new deck , and lower level windows replaced by Aaron and his team. We canâ t be happier! They worked through the winter, which slowed things up a couple of times, but everything turned out beautiful. Be sure to check out pictures on his website! At this posting, Aaron is back to put an addition on our deck.. we loved the first job and wanted even more room for entertaining! The neighbors loved our deck and recently had one put in their home with complete satisfaction"

"From start to finish, these guys were terrific. I designed wide outdoor steps, a small deck, and a privacy fence. Jeff was great and always there when I needed him. Foster was the project manager, and a more exacting, detail oriented professional I have yet to meet. Jackie, Fosterâ s assistant, did a magnificent job replacing my pavers. All were very friendly, professional and accommodating. They took my vision and turned it into reality. I highly recommend them... except they will soon be in high demand as word gets around, and Iâ ll have to wait for my next project with themð"

"So happy with our driveway and back porch. They were in line with the other prices I received. They were extremely professional and were able to meet an aggressive timeline for the job. I would and have recommended them to friends and family."

"Brandon and his team are quality workers and very trust worthy. Brandon is very responsive and addresses any questions or issues immediately. Overall very pleased and they did a great job on our bathroom renovations."
