"We had a 3:00 appointment but Jeff called and had finished a previous job earlier than expected.  I was happy that he could come sooner and he arrived promptly and went to work.  I stated that I would like to clean behind the dryer once he had it pulled away from the wall.  He suggested he pull it out so I could clean and he would proceed with the other work.  He did that and I was able to clean before he was ready to clean the dryer vent.  He is very professional in his work and did an excellent job.  He also cleaned up the job site including the yard at the exit site of the dryer vent.  This was the first time I had Jeff since he took over the business.  I would definitely call him again and highly recommend his work."

"We had another plumber come out & they were unable to correct a leak in our kitchen faucet. That plumber recommended we buy a new faucet, which we did. Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."

They transformed the first floor of our home, including the kitchen, from an extremely dated look to a very modern look and all at a very reasonable price. They painted our cabinets inside and out with new pulls and hinges and it looks fantastic. It saved us from getting new or refaced cabinets. They seek solutions that are common sense and within a budget. They had great suggestions for our project including helping us pick paint colors. The work is outstanding. The textured ceiling repair and painting was remarkable. They start the job and stay on the job until complete. They do not work on multiple projects at the same time. They barely took any time for lunch. They are personable and easy to work with. They truly exceeded our expectations. We will use them for more projects. We highly recommend their services. "He returned call promptly.  Came out within a day to discuss building a porch.  He said that typically he does inside carpentry work, but would quote the job.  He said mid-October was getting late to do the job with changing weather conditions.  We gave him a copy of the porch we had torn off and said he'd get back to us.  That was the last we heard from him, so we contacted other contractors."

Alan took time away from his weakend and worked on it all day Saturday and Sunday. It was shocking to find someone who cared so much about the safety of someone he did not even know. The job was so well done I asked Alan to do all.my cabinet work, by the time I got back from work the job was completed beautifully and the kitchen was cleaner then when I left it.
