We contacted the installer, National Design Mart of Medina and discovered they don't seal their granite. That's when we called Smith Metal & Marble Restoration. Stuart Smith did the estimate and the service. He is experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and a true professional. Stuart repaired the chip so that it is undistinguishable, polished the granite, and sealed it. The counters looked immediately new like they should have looked all along. He also caulked our under mount sink to prevent water from seeping under the granite. We highly recommend Smith Metal & Marble Restoration. Don't bother looking anywhere else!"

"Let me first start with a huge thank you to the sales and install team that I worked with on this project. It was smooth, seamless and quite frankly one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to remodeling. Mary Jo (sales) instantly became part of the family on day one. The kids, our dogs and my wife and I absolutely loved our interactions with her. She was incredibly knowledgable, transparent, and ultra-flexible to ensure she was meeting our needs every step of the way. We could not have asked for more. Ray (carpenter) was one of the most professional contractors I have ever seen. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our time and our property. With the exception of when the countertops came off (only one day), our kitchen was never out of service and I could not have appreciated that more. And the finished product, let's just say it was AMAZING in every way. There was even a point near the end of the job where I accidentally put a ding in one of the brand new doors and Ray saved us from a divorce (joking) by instantly taking the door to the shop & having it repaired as if nothing ever happened. The folks from Rock Solid were amazing as well - one day in and out and we had beautiful new granite one the amazing base that Ray created for us. We noticed a small discrepancy in the finished product, but without hesitation they came out and fixed it on the spot. Again, amazing service. If I were to ever do a job like this again I would hire this whole crew in an instant. The people were great, the price was right on, and the finished product was more than I could have hoped for. "We found Michael on Angie's List and had him come to our house for a consultation. We described the new cabinets we wanted and the remodeling and customization of existing cabinets. We were very pleased with his expertise and design during the consultation and were very excited to work with him. We are so happy with his craftsmanship, design, responsiveness and professionalism. <br> <br>The brand new custom cabinets he created look beautiful next to our existing cabinets. The detail is incredible and he found hardware and granite counter tops that match the granite and hardware on our other cabinets so well that no one has noticed they were installed 7 years apart. We have an oversize cabinet that housed two wine fridges. Michael converted them into six pull out drawers that turned out just as we had imagined. The custom doors he built on that cabinet blend so well with the other pre-existing cabinet doors on the adjacent cabinets. It's hard to describe all the attention to details and small design nuances that he considered. His experience really showed during the consultation as well as the execution of our cabinets and he made sure the final product was a beautiful addition to our space that blended seamlessly with our existing cabinets. He made additional improvements to the existing cabinets including new shelves and new toekicks.  <br> <br>He also created a beautiful custom frame for house numbers for our front porch. I purchased tile house numbers abroad and was unable to find a frame that fit the intricately decorated tiles without having to cut them. Michael again created something beautiful that we love having at our home. We look forward to working with him on future projects in other areas of our home."

"Art was delayed a day for removal but called ahead & asked if it was alright. It was so no prob. there. He worked w/ me on the timing w/ the furnace. A half bath was involved so  he removed toilet & replaced w/ new wax ring. Saved us from hiring a plumber!!!! He's a real nice guy, Jokes, friendly but still professional. However I think he needs a secretary/receptionist because his phone rings almost nonstop. Did a beautiful job (matching @ seams, cutouts, etc. Will hire again in a heartbeat. Will need flooring for rest of house in a year or so & will definitely call him!!! I would recommend a lot of notice (as I did this time) as he's a small company and booked through August right now."

"Classic Tileworks was a subcontractor of our kitchen cabinet installer. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. Bob and his assistant were punctual, friendly and cleaned up each day (took 2 days). The backsplash was somewhat complicated and they did an amazing job. <br />"

"Our beautiful granite counters really look good with the sealer on them, they feel exceptionally smooth, easy to clean them now. The tile sealer in the bath and laundry rooms was worth the money. The grout will stay looking good, the color is protected and water wear and tear is no longer a concern. The water rolls off the shower doors, so much easier to clean, soap does not stick / scum up. <br /> <br /> The next service we are calling Kris for is our toilets. They will be much much easier to clean once they are sealed. We all know if we could make cleaning toilets easier we should. We highly recommend Kris and HydoSheild. You will not find a nicer guy and he is very professional, looked good and was very knowledgeable. If you have granite, tile, or glass shower doors, everyone has toilets, you should call Kris and get the HydoSheild service!"

When we did not like how the backsplash was installed, the team was back and reinstalled to our liking (no charge)."

"Everyone at Firenza Stone was very professional and very responsive to our needs. From the sales rep, the templater, the billing rep, down to the installers--they all were courteous and answered all our questions. I was very impressed with Bill Brady, who immediately pointed out the granite counter top we ultimately installed and also was quick to respond via my preferred method of communication-email on pricing, installation and scheduling visits. You may want to make an appointment with him since he seems to be in high demand, especially on Saturdays. The installers where also quick, efficient, clean and friendly. I love my new granite countertops! Note: I was going to go with another vendor that a color consultant recommended, but that other vendor was not customer-service oriented and many times the rep was not available during posted business hours. I'm so glad we went with Firenza Stone."
