"They went above and beyond as we thought it was the sewer pipe that was clogged which they snaked and since it was clear, did not charge for it. The problem was in the toilet which they checked and unclogged. I was deeply moved by their honesty and will continue to use them if the need arises. "While I asked for an estimate based on Home Advisor's list of plumbers, I called him myself when I did not hear from any of the requests for estimates, including him. He seemed to recognize Home Advisor but did not remember a request for an estimate. Nonetheless, he is a professional who responds very quickly to requests for service. His work was excellent quality. The price for his service was very reasonable and completed quickly."

"They were great. Easy to communicate with; came as promised; needed no supervision. Did everything right. I just started up the sprinkler system again for spring 2015, and it's working perfectly, so they must have done everything right. In the past, when I've used other companies for winter shutoff, there have been problems at spring startups. I'm sure these are sometimes a result of nature's work over the winter, but this was nice with Aqua Duck this time.
