"The best part about hiring Carlos, Jesse and their team is that they have excellent plumbers, electricians etc. on their team so they are a full service renovation company that can handle just about any project in your home. We purchased a home in April; the basement floors were unfinished. We hired A&S to tile the floor and also to lift our condensation return pipe off the floor and run it along the ceiling instead. While moving the condensation return pipe, the steam radiators in the house started to leak water. Carlos brought in his plumber to inspect the issues and it turned out the prior owner did not pitch the radiators correctly. Also the plumber recommended that we leave the condensation return pipe along the floor, instead of raising it to the ceiling because it would cause the boiler to make these loud banging noises. Carlos and Jesse went through each room in the entire house pitching each radiator so that the water leakage would stop. We appreciated that because any other contractor might have said that that is work outside the scope for which they were hired to do. They even patched up a part of our ceiling where the sheetrock fell apart because of the leakage. Once that was done they tiled the basement floor beautifully and even found a creative way to hide the condensation return pipe on the floor so that it is no longer visible and will not create the banging noise. Carlos, Jesse and his team really bring professionalism and customer service to the work they do. they really go over and beyond the call of duty to ensure the work is done to your liking."
