He made sure that everything in the area was cleaned off, and super-reinforced to prevent this from ever happening again, and also made sure to independently reinforce the recently installed LED panels. Janni, Michael and Peter were wonderful to work with; they cleaned out all the junk every day and washed everything down when they all finished. The old linoleum floor tiling was also replaced (since some had gotten damaged when the ceiling fell down) - everything looks absolutely beautiful - Andy and his guys are superb craftsmen and I recommend them wholeheartedly."

"Excellent. It was a difficult job because the previous plumber had covered the flange with plaster in an attempt to get the toilet to meet the drain pipe. It did not previously meet because they had installed a new, higher tile floor but did not raise the flange. Therefore, there was leakage into the apartment below. Mr. Mirabile had to chip out all the old plaster and add new wax rings, etc."
