I requested to have the wasps in my attic exterminated. A technical arrived the following day. The technician explained his plan of attack in detail. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my safety concerns. He was able to quickly locate the nest in the attic. Not only did the technician kill the wasps he removed the entire nest from the attic to dispose of it. At my request, the technician filled the void in the attic with gap filler at no extra change! He provided a reasonable quote and provided pictures of the bird nesting materials, extent of the damage and how he was going to correct the issue. He showed pictures after fixing the problem as well and cleaned up all of the bird nesting materials, bird mites, and bird excrement. He wasn’t able to get up all the excrement but he got 95% of it, so I’m hoping the rest comes up during my next scheduled vent cleaning. Overall I was pretty happy with the job."
