"First, the representative who came out to give a quote made several suggestions that we had not thought of. We appreciated that he gave us options and let US decide if we wanted to spend a little more or go a more economical route. Second, the communication, before, during and after the install was exceptional. They kept us in the loop and they responded quickly to any calls we made to them. Third, the installation went smoothly and quickly. They had a process and routine that enabled them to do the install with little "waiting around" time. Last, as with any renovation, we discovered a couple of minor problems after the work was done. All our problems were addressed and fixed promptly. "The work went great. Jeff Estes and his work crew headed up by Roc, did a fantastic job. During the job, they found some rotting plywood decking; they tore out the old decking and replaced it before proceeding with the roofing job. This barely deterred the roofers. They still completed the job in just a shade over two days and best of all, the repairs were not costly. Jeff tried to stay as close as possible to the original estimate. I appreciate Jeff and his work crew for putting me, the customer first. I would recommend Estes to anyone planning on putting on a new roof. In my opinion, they are the best!"

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. "Clay was such a pleasure to work with. He listened to our ideas and brought several ideas and options to us. His workers were very professional and courteous. He was on time for our update meetings and finished each project within the allotted time. What we liked most was he did what he said he would do on time. We had planned a Christmas vacation with the whole family and had to have the project done by Dec. 24th. He was completed by Dec. 20th taking the stress off the travel plans.We have employed him on several follow up jobs that we planned and they have been completed with the same diligence as the first.
