Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time. "Melvin came over the same day I called for an estimate and he was very clear about what he would do and how he was going to do the job.  After a couple of weeks of getting to convince my husband (he was against putting the tv over the fireplace), we called Melvin to do the job and he came over on a Sunday. I was pretty surprised since you never have anybody working on Sunday unless is an emergency.Our house was built in 1929 so is pretty solid construction around the fireplace.  It was a tough installation and he even had to cancel a couple of appointments he had for that day, that's how hard the job was (he arrived at our house at 11am and left until around 7pm) because the usual method Melvin used didn't work since there was no way for him to pass the cables down thru the floor and then up again, so he had to drill to the wall and bring the cables thru horizontally thru the wall, but he did it wiht the minimum amount of mess and even patch up the hole once he was done.  My husband is the pickiest of them all when it comes to anybody doing jobs around the house, but he was pretty satisfied with the work that Melvin did and now he loves the way the tv looks above the fireplace.  We had friends over a few weeks later and complimented how clean the job was done and how nice it looked.  All in all, we're very happy and we will definitely call Melvin when we're ready to install our A/Cs or do anything electrical. Melvin is a true professional and one of those rare people out there that takes real pride in a job well done and will not walk away until you're satisfied with his work.  It only took me a bit of time to get to post the review because I was waiting for the bookcases to put on either side of the fireplace and give it the finish look to upload the picture.

"Our very old garage floor needed to be updated and we called iPaint for an estimate. The owner Nick came on time and recommended a new type of coating by Penntek far more durable and attractive than your typical epoxy. The cost is higher than epoxy but we think it's worth every penny - the garage now looks incredible and is easy to clean as well. Nick's crew was professional and did an excellent job quickly. They also painted the walls and ceiling. Overall the entire experience was very positive and we highly recommend the company."

"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

"I've never hired a contractor in the past of any trade and have the job go as smoothly as this one, from estimate to clean up. Rich the owner is both professional and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. His crew works quickly and they know their trade, they missed nothing. The owner was on-site to check on things both days it took to complete the job. On top of all of that he was by far the most fairly and reasonably priced than all other estimates (4 in total) I got. I don't know why anyone would pay more (for their roof) or go with anyone else considering my new roof looks flawless for the price I paid. Remember every roof is different, so every price is different. My roof required complete removal of old shingles on my single story home with extended garage, replaced rotted plywood (6 sheets) and reinstalled new architectural shingles with all the standard modern upgrades my roof needed. Ridge vents, ice shield, dek armour (upgrade from 15 pound felt paper) ect.,the list goes on an on. On top of all the new and improved features I also needed 3 skylights repaired (to industry code), 2 bathroom roof exhaust vents and 1 automatic exhaust attic vent installed. My roof looks like I spent 20k on it but it wasn't even close to half that. The cleanup went just as flawless as the roof. I haven't found a nail or a piece of shingle anywhere on my property yet. In my opinion there is no need to scroll down any further."
