"They came out when they said they would gave me an estimate and returned with the parts and repaired it. Did an extra piece of work and didn’t charge me and would come out and do a minor repair on an other appliance and waive the service fee and warranted this work for two years."

"Sergei, the technician, was excellent. He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. In addition, he was friendly, cordial, and professional. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. In the end he only charged me a service charge. I feel lucky to have found this company and would rehire them again any time."
