"Angel came the very day called to repair and stretch my carpet. The carpet tack board was rotted out. He replaced it and stretched the carpet, then cleaned my carpet. I had a spot that had a plant on it. I didnâ t realize the water had spilled over into the carpet. After he left, the stain came back. He returned and cleaned that spot for me. It looks and feels just like new! He also repaired my shower, the grouting needed to be fixed and redone. He did a great job with it. He cleaned my kitchen and bathroom tiles and grout. They look beautiful. He does a job that he is proud of and will come back to fix the job to your satisfaction. I highly recommend Angelâ s Professional Carpet and Tile."

Everyone involved provided us with excellent service, excellent craftsmanship, attentiveness to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness during the project, and keeping us informed of scheduling and any other issues. Our project started with a visit by Matt from the showroom to understand our needs. He was excellent at providing options and being very detailed in his assessments of what we had to work with and how different design elements might work. We especially appreciated how he worked to get us exactly the shower tiles that we wanted, when one of our choices was not available. He kept in touch with us during the process, including coming by to review the progress. When work started, Cindy from the warehouse was our main contact. From the start, she kept us fully informed of what craft was showing up at what time and if there were any changes she always kept us informed. There were no surprises. All of the craft men arrived as scheduled. They made sure our floors were protected from where they entered at the front door. And carefully cleaned up after each visit. Alfredo handled the shower demolition and rebuild. He is highly skilled and professional. He let us know when there was one problem with the tile we ordered, but in the end he solved that problem and the shower turned out just as we wanted. Oscar handled the plumbing installation. He also proceeded in a very professional manner. He pointed out something he thought we might want to correct, which we did. And that was much appreciated. Installation of the shower door and some carpentry work was also handled with professionalism and without any wasted time. "DE Flooring has been our go to general contractor for 3 separate projects in the past 15 years. 1st project was to replace all the kitchen countertops/bars & niches’ ledges with a beautiful veined high end granite. 2nd was a shower enlargement and installation gorgeous slab marble to the shower, separate tub surround and double vanity. The scope of the work also included to close up a wall and add an arched built in to our master bedroom. All the work was superior quality, it became even more apparent when after an unpreventable illness this awesome shower had to be replace to accommodate a zero entrance ledge and a wheelchair entry, hence another complete remodel. In the process of this 3rd project remodel it was easy to see behind all the walls and 10 years later not a drop of water had leaked or penetrated the original install. It was so tight it was difficult to take it down. I am confident this second remodel of the bathroom will be just as well done as the first. We also chose to replace the master suite carpeting which gives quite an uplift to the rooms. The owner comes by and double checks on the progress daily, instructs his crews and speaks to us. He never has dismissed our inquiries no matter what adversity could be lurking in his personal life. His subs are all professional, friendly and extremely respectful at all times. This is also a reflection of the leadership. You cannot go wrong by engaging this company to do your construction. If a mistake happens it will be rectified immediately with no argument as well.
