"Was away when the work was done, but when we returned you would never know they were there - except for the new roof. There appeared to be a leak which I assumed was caused by the new roof. When they returned to inspect they found that another part of the roof which they were not responsible for was the culprit. They did a minor fix - w/o charge and the problem has not occurred again. Awesome."

"Derek was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! His pricing was fair, he was punctual and the work was perfect. You can tell he really takes pride in the work he does & we couldn’t have been happier with him & his team. If you’re in need of a roof, siding, repair or construction job - CALL ALL AROUND! "We had our old roof removed and a new roof installed. We also had our large shed in the backyard roofed. I had two other estimates and National Home Improvements was the most professional. I felt that National Home Improvements was more reliable and took the time to explain the roofing process and what was included in the price. The workers were courteous, friendly and skilled. The end result of all the work was that our roof looks great! We would have no hesitation recommending them."

"Bob Laurendi and his Vandelay Roofing team are an absolute pleasure to deal with.  They were very responsive to my inquiry regarding my roofing needs, coming over and inspecting the existing roof within three (3) days of my first telephone call.  At that time, Bob explained the various options I should consider in installing a new (flat) roofing system, including cost variances and environmental considerations.  When I made my decision regarding the system I wanted, Bob told me he would have a formal quote to me within the week.
Less than a week later, Bob sent over his proposal and simple contract; I made one or two revisions to the specifications, which he readily accepted, and we scheduled the work for two or three weeks later.  Right on time, he and his crew called and advised me of their intent to start work the following day.  They worked over two (2) days, removing the old roofing system, repairing the wood sheathing where necessary, and installing the new TPO roofing system I had decided upon.  They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly, photographing every aspect of their work for my review.
I heartily recommend Vandelay Roofing to anyone seeking the best professional roofing service available today.
