The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt new the steps and railings. I needed my kitchen refreshed and desperately needed a new kitchen floor. I had the kitchen, dining room, lower and upper hallways, and living room painted. I had my windows corked from the inside, and the outside and some of the windows were also repaired. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day and on time and worked extremely hard. They came out and turned out that I needed new plywood on half the roof. 40 new sheets. I was very upset. Eddie, the owner was very understanding and gave me a reasonable price below what the contract called for. They finished the work in one day.
