"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "This is the second time we have used Rowland and the team at Dwell Renovations. We built a full addition for my mother in law. Kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out and my MIL is unbelievably pleased. Rowland and all of the contractors, electricians, plumbers and tile folks treated the job like they were working on their own homes. They were patient with our hundreds of questions and requests. Rowland kept us in the loop every step of the way and met , or beat, every timeline. He always had great advice and a keen eye for the details."

"The flooring in my bathroom needed leveling and then vinyl laminate installed. Roberto and Eddie were efficient and thorough. I just love the result! My house has its quirks, but Roberto dealt with the issues that arose. He went above and beyond. They also replaced the medicine cabinet, and the lighting above it. Accessories like towel bars, toilet paper holder and towel ring were also installed. Great job on everything! Will definitely use Roberto’s company, AC Better Homes, in the future. "It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing. And then he proved it by an excellent job. The helpers were also very respectful."

"Bathroom expansion and remodel. Demo was fast and clean. New framing/walls as requested. New plumbing and electric. Beautiful tile work on floor and shower wall."

"Excellent work, workers always showed up on time. If I had any questions even on weekends Gary always answered his phone. My wife was happy and that is what counts. If I needed any other work I would call Gary because I trust him to do the job correctly at a fare price."
