The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. "Good Morning, Riverside Construction (Gary) did a major construction job for me. He was extremely reliable and maintained the timeline of completion date. He is always professional and his workers were consistently on time. Gary was responsive to me answering any questions and always responded to phone calls in a timely fashion. I would also like to add that the project was the first renovation I had done to my home. I really had no idea where to begin. Gary helped tremendously to walk me through each step, helped with color coordination and overall design. He is extremely talented. My family and friends could not give enough compliments on the finished project. I would absolutely hire him for further renovations in the future."
