A beautiful counter was built between our new open kitchen and dining room, both recessed lights and pendants were installed as well as new flooring. One reason I decided to use this builder is that Harry has the ability to take care of every aspect of the project. He and his workers are skilled with carpentry, plumbing, flooring, painting and excellent tile work. He outsourced the electrical, new HVAC and granite to quality people. Because Harry has done so many similar jobs, he gives appropriate guidance as to what styles, colors, etc. would work best. For instance, he basically rearranged our expanded bathroom and it looks great. Overall, we are glad we selected Harry and his crew at the Bathroom and Kitchen King."

"Two years ago we were looking to put in a patio in our backyard surrounding our pool.  It only had a 3-4' concrete surround, so not much sitting room at all.  We got bids from a half dozen contractors.  Half did pavers, half did stamped concrete.  Jeff was one of these original bids we got.  We ended up holding off that year, but last fall we were ready to move forward.  We kept Jeff's information, and ended up using him for the job.  We choose him over the other companies, for several reasons.  He was very easy to work with, and never rushed our decision or design choices.  He gave us input on the design, but also listed to what we wanted.  He took the time to drive us out to see sample jobs and different colors so that we would be happy with our final choice.  His pricing was very fair compared to the other bids we received.  The companies that came out with the cheaper quotes did not seem as professional, and I would not be comfortable with them to do this size of a job.  His pricing is very comparable to stamped concrete quotes, so going with real pavers was a no brainer.
Our job entailed ripping up a lot of existing poured concrete, removing several tons of stone and then putting down the 2000 sqft patio and walk ways.  We had a walk way put in leading from backyard to our driveway, and then from main patio to our walk out basement.  The crew cleaned up everyday, was right on schedule, and price came in as quoted.  No surprises at all.  This was a big job, and we are extremely satisifed with the work that was done.  We had a small draining issue and Jeff came out recently to fix it, and did not charge for the work.
I have since referred a couple friends to Jeff and they are equally satisfied with the work that was done.  We plan to use Jeff again as we look to do a couple more additions to our backyard over time.

"We had Mr. Iglesias come out on 2 occasions for quotes (2 different scopes of work).  Both times, he arrived on time and was very informative and helpful.  Part of the work involved ripping up grass next to where the concrete was laid and ruined the grass.  He came back a few days later and seeded the grass and made sure to tell us how to care for it so that we would have lush grass again, and it worked great.  Within a month, there was no way to tell what had been ripped up and what was original grass.  The concrete itself was laid perfectly.  We had an issue with water run off due to the slope of the existing slab, but that was fixed and we've had no issues since.  He also made sure to round the edges on the steps so that our 2 year old would not hit sharp edges if he happened to fall, this was very important to me and he did exactly what I asked.  The rain and snow have not damaged the concrete at all and we're confident that it will look good for years to come.  We were very happy with the service we received and the job was done very well.
