"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "I first had windows replaced by this company, and later had my roof and gutters done by them as well. I paid two to three times more than local quotes mainly because of their heavily advertised ?lifetime transferable warranty.? The window was installed first. When it later had a simple closing issue, they pushed the service appointment out to April or May. I ended up fixing it myself. Two years after the roof replacement, this winter I noticed wet spots on my ceiling and wall, and even wet carpet ? something that never happened before. Again, they scheduled the inspection for May and said they were too busy to come sooner. That makes the warranty feel meaningless when you actually need help. The sales pitch was impressive, and they clearly invest heavily in marketing. But based on my experience, the warranty service has been very disappointing. If you are choosing them mainly for the warranty, be cautious."
