"I can’t say enough great things about the work done on our stairs! From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire experience was smooth and professional. Our stairs were looking worn and outdated, and the transformation is absolutely stunning. The stain color came out even better than I imagined — rich, even, and clean all the way to the edges. Every step was prepped carefully, and you can tell real care went into the work. Platinum Hardwood’s team showed up on time, kept the work area tidy, and finished right on schedule. They even took the time to walk me through how to maintain the finish so it lasts. That kind of attention to detail really sets them apart. If you’re on the fence about restaining your stairs, or need any floor work completed, just do it — and make sure you call this team to get it done right. Highly recommend!"

"Strongly recommend - Patrick was incredible in helping select the right stain and poly. There was very minimal dust because they worked so clean. The end result is spectacular."

"It looked like new after they weaved in the pieces of wood, and then they sanded it down to a blonde color, and stained it a light walnut... We went with the satin finish because I think floors look terrible with high glass, and it looks absolutely brand new... The guys were amazing to work with.... And yes if I do the upstairs bedrooms with the hardwood floors, I am definitely calling them back. I'm teetering with the fact of putting carpet upstairs in the bedrooms but we'll see if I keep the hardwood, the floors are not in great shape look wise, so in the event I don't carpet...I'm 100% calling them back ... they were very reasonable with their pricing as well, and they were on time.... And finished in a very timely fashion...they were also very helpful moving stuff around for us....."
