Once we got that cleared up, though, it was pretty smooth, and the work looks solid. He was also quite fast, getting all of our repairs done in one day. The only other downside is that he and his partner smoked a lot and made our whole backyard smell awful - but that was less of a detraction than it could have been, since our job was outside. "My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later!
