Takessha walked me through everything that they were going to do, take out tub, remove all tile and drywall.I had a drain pipe, that ran along my tub on the outside wall. We worked it out that, Takesha would have to pack out the wall a extra 21/2, to make it all work. Takesha and John really impressed me., they were amazing. They were super clean and coved everything. "Very well. Tristan was professional, prompt, and polite. He understood immediately our need to have a way to get down basement stairs safely. I am 80. My husband is 84, a Vietnam veteran with Parkinson's and terrible back pain. Tristan installed grab bars at top of stairs. He also cleaned up afterward!!
