They really know their stuff! At other stores, the sales people could offer us little more than "here's what we have." Ron gave us detailed explanations of the differences in the carpet brands and materials and helped us decide which would work best for us. Ron and Glen are very easy to work with. They are happy to let you take your time, look at samples all you want, and answer questions when you have them. No high pressure sales tactics. Once we made up our mind, Foster Flooring ordered the carpeting we selected and made it into an area rug. That went very quickly, and they delivered it in less than a week. They called to arrange a delivery time, and showed up exactly when they said they would. We're very satisfied with our new rug, and our experience with Foster Flooring. It's clear they are very dedicated to providing good customer service. We would definitely buy from them again."
