"My husband & I are delighted with the team that helped us get our dream sun & garden room and our covered patio. The team that worked with us deserves special mention for their work ethics & competence. They were so wonderful to work with & had high integrity. Miguel on the large, extensive concrete work. Vlad on the wonderful execution on building the Covered Patio & Sunroom & all the electrical work. Mike on multiple projects. Carlos on the porcelain tiles. Scott & Abe for hearing us out on our concept of what we needed & addressing our concerns. We highly recommend California Sunrooms, their products & the individuals above. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Happy customers, Lucy & Praveen Chaddha"

"Do make sure you and your contractor understand each other and explain exactly what you need and want.  Most often
old homes will have problems with dry rot, termites, old electrical and a good contractor lets you know you have these problems and will give you an estimate of what it will cost to fix them.  My opinion is if you are going to have a job done you should not mask problems.  We were fortunate not to have had dry rot.  The bones of our house was in very good condition.  However, our electrical panel was going to need replacing.  If you have your home already open to reside or whatever you are doing the extra time and cost is worth it.

Do check for licesne that is current.  No what type of permits will be needed."

"Excellent. The installer was very efficient, professional, courteous and likes his job."

"Dave was tops! His bid was much lower than other contractors and his craftsman ship and attention to detail was excellent. He was always on time and finished the project on schedule and on budget. Our deck looks great and is built to last for years at a very reasonable cost."

"Sunia and his team did a terrific job. They removed and replaced our driveway in a day and a half. They were thorough, clean, always courteous, always on time, and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone that needs concrete work done. No complaints, and our driveway looks amazing!"
