The two person crew, Baldemar and Miguel, were phenomenal. They worked incredibly hard in very hot conditions and always answered our questions and inquiries as they were doing their work. They were always very positive and seemed to care a lot about the quality of their work (which was excellent) Ricardo came by several times and ensured everything was done to specification and even made some recommendations on lighting, which the crew installed. The program provides an opportunity to look at a draft of the completed project. No other company provided the opportunity to see a finished project and then adjust it as needed. HD Exteriors provided a very detailed contract that they reviewed with me prior to the start of the project. They answered questions during the planning process as well as during the construction. HD Exteriors provided one point of contact who managed the different workers including deck construction, carpentry, concrete and patio crews.
