"I utilized Angi to obtain estimates for install of a GFCI outlet supporting a new bidet in the master bathroom. Youssef was first to call and sought info on the bidet to determine its amp requirements. He provided an estimate soon after. 2nd company’s estimate was $350 more than Yousssef’s. 3rd company wouldn’t provide estimate until a worker came out to look things over. No brainer, went with Atlas. Youssef was great, looked over power situation and identified best approach. Install of GFCI outlet was then quick. His price was reasonable, his care of work area and install was superb. He knows his stuff. He was a pleasure to have around. I’ll go with Atlas Electrical Solutions for future electrical work. They completed the repairs efficiently while demonstrating what was being repaired and why. The bonus, they cleaned up their mess afterwards. I will save Ortiz electrical services card and definitely call them for any future electrical repairs."

"Our project started with the installation of a range exhaust hood and the trouble-shooting of an outlet that refused to work properly. Josh took all the time needed to make sure everything was completed successfully. As part of his very thorough service, Josh examined the aging circuit breaker to make sure there were no dangerous possibilities. When he showed me the melted and discolored surfaces, I asked that the box be replaced. That work was done very promptly and extremely well. I would highly recommend Malone Electric Solutions. The man is a master at his craft and his entire staff is friendly and so good at their jobs. It is hard to find a reliable professional, but we definitely found one!"

"The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. The end product was excellent. The office was professional (mostly). The price seemed fair, but I would venture a guess that I could find cheaper, but I wanted a quality installation. I can confirm I found competition that was much more expensive. The only issue I had was scheduling both the quote and the work. In this case we needed both an electrician and plumbers complicating the situation. We scheduled both disciplines to quote on the same day. The electrician missed the window and had to come the next day. For the work to be performed, we again scheduled for a single day process but due to illness apparently had to reschedule for the following day. At that point, I complained to the office due to the inconvenience of taking 4 days out of the office for a 2 day job, looking for a little price reduction. The office manager I spoke to was more interested in defending their position than seeing my side. In the end he granted me a $50 online coupon, reduction yes, but I'm not sure why I wouldn't have been entitled to that regardless. Honestly, in the end I was happy and would hire again due to the quality of work, reasonable price and professionalism in general. They would have received high marks across the board if it wasn't for the scheduling issues. I hope that was just bad coincidence."
