This was causing the grout to break up and required removing the existing tiles, laying a stronger sub-floor and then re-tiling the entire kitchen. He was at the house when the cabinets were being delivered and stopped in during installation. If you have concerns or aren't entirely happy with something he will make it right as quickly as possible.
