"The company was very responsive to my request and scheduled an appointment to meet with the designer. Lily, the designer, arrived on time and was attentive and observant. She proposed an idea for the yard's design that was quite appealing. She offered suggestions to complete my incomplete ideas which left me excited, for the first time in a very long time, about the attractiveness and curb appeal of my home. Following the consultation, I received a rendering of her proposal. Lily worked with me, answered all my questions, and provided photos of gardens that had the "feel" of my project. The crew arrived and tackled my unkempt yard removing weeds, old mulch material and soil to make way for the 3 inches of pea gravel, edging and new mulch! They even tidied up my crepe myrtle and repurposed the river rock at the curbside (I thought those stones would be trashed!). The transformation gave my home an instant "facelift"! If I didn't know better, I would have thought no work was done on my property. The team took the time to help me setup the app and explained exactly how the system worked. I was so pleased, I decided to have them install a system in my backyard. One really cool feature I wasn't expecting was the automating. The sprinkler is a smart sprinkler system. The vendor did a great job.  It was about 100 degrees on the day of installation and my corner house gets very strong morning sun.  They men worked continuously without complaint.  The services were performed neatly and efficiently without much disruption to my grass.  They cleaned up all dirt and ground disruptions after the first day's work so that my home looked neat during the 2 day installation. 

Mr. Ramos described the entire installation process and patiently answered all of my many questions.  He was also  more than willing to accommodate my schedule when performing services. I was very pleased with the service delivery and my interactions with Mr. Ramos and his crew and, of course, the end result. The Vendor even returned a few days later to check on how the system was functioning  and to install a rain sensor (a pleasant surprise that I did not know was included.) to detect when it was raining to avoid the unnecessary use of water.

I highly recommend AA Irrigation to anyone seeking the installation of a lawn sprinkler system.  It has only been a few weeks and my lawn is a beautiful and healthy deep green.

"Pressley turned the water off from outside and discovered the stem was broke. He could not get it turned back on all the way and had to call WSSC. WSSC came and turned if off the best they could and had to come out the next day. WSSC came the next day and replaced the stem, however after replacing the stem, the pressure was still low and WSSC recommended I call Presley back, which I did. I left a message and my call was never returned."
